Questions
Is the job remote?
Yes. You work from wherever you are. You need a computer, a webcam and a stable internet connection.
How long do the tests take?
About 65–110 minutes in total, depending on the role. You can take a break between tests – your progress is saved.
Why is my camera on during the tests?
To make sure you take the tests yourself. During a test your browser checks on your own device whether exactly one person is in view. We save a small still image when a test starts and when something unusual happens, for example if you leave the test window or nobody is in view. No video recording, no face recognition.
Can I take the tests on my phone?
For chatting all tests are done on a computer with a keyboard and webcam, and the typing test always needs a real keyboard. For marketing and most other roles we recommend a computer. Some roles, for example upload, also work on a phone. Each job page tells you what you need.
Do I need experience?
For marketing, editing and management, yes. For chatting, strong English, empathy and fast typing matter most.
What happens with my data?
We use it only for your application and delete it if we do not work together. Details are in the privacy policy.
