Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to the use of this application portal, operated by [Company name – added before launch], [Address] (“we”). By submitting the application form, you accept them.

Who can apply

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Your details are true and complete, and you apply for yourself – not for someone else.
• Only one application per person and role can run at a time.

How the selection works

Each role has tests in a fixed order. Each test has a minimum score; only if you reach it do you continue. The duration, device and requirements are shown on the role page beforehand.

During the tests, your camera and full screen are on, unless a task explicitly allows other programs. You need a stable internet connection; it is measured at the start.

Test bonus

For every test you pass, we credit you a fixed amount. How much that is per test and in total is shown in the form before you submit it; that amount applies to your application.

The credit is only paid out if we hire you and a contract is signed – together with your first payout. Without being hired, there is no claim to the credit.

Breaks and expiry

You can take a break between tests; your progress and your credit stay saved. If you do nothing for 24 hours, we remind you once by email. If you do not continue within 24 hours after that, your progress and your credit expire – at the earliest 48 hours after your last activity. You can then apply again and start over.

A test you have started keeps running even if you close the page. When the time is up, it is evaluated with your saved answers.

Fair tests

• You complete all tests alone, without help from other people.
• No AI tools, translators or other aids – unless a task explicitly allows them.
• No pasting of other people’s text into your answers.
• No recordings, photos or copies of the test content.
• No second account and no other people’s invitation links.

If these rules are broken, we may end the application. A person reviews the case first, and you can explain.

Confidential test content

All questions, tasks, materials and evaluation criteria are confidential and protected by copyright. You may not share, publish or sell them, during or after your application. Each test session carries a personal code.

Your work samples

You keep all rights to your texts, videos and links. You only allow us to store, view and evaluate them for your application. We do not publish or use them without a separate written agreement.

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you submit, that it shows nobody without their consent and that it contains no explicit content.

No entitlement, no employment

Completing the tests does not give you a right to an offer or to working together. Using the portal does not create an employment or service relationship; working together requires a separate written contract. Tests and work samples are unpaid – except for the test bonus (see above) or a prior written agreement.

Technical problems

Report technical problems right away. If a problem was not your fault, we may let you repeat a test; there is no right to a repeat. The portal may be unavailable at times for maintenance.

Sign-in and invitation links

Invitation links and sign-in codes are personal. Do not share them. Codes and links expire after some time.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may change these terms for future applications. For a running application, the version you accepted applies.

Applicable law
